Hours of Operations

Monday - Friday  7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Saturday             8:00 am - 12:00 noon for drop off and pickup

Sunday               4:00 pm - 6:00 pm for pickup only

We ask our clients to adhere to our posted business hours. Any clients that need to pick up or drop off their pets outside of our regular business hours will incur a $35.00 fee per pet. This fee applies whether we know you are coming or not. However, if we do not know that you are coming outside of business hours we may not be here to give you your pet!

Heartstrings will be open from 9-6 on Saturdays and Sundays for grooming clients to drop off and pick up only. All kennel times for boarding clients are as otherwise posted.

Heartstrings will be closed on Sept 6 for Labor Day. There will be no pickup, dropoff, or grooming that day. We will return to normal hours on Tuesday the 7th.
