Feline Lodging

   

Here at Heartstrings we provide our feline guests with their own individual condo. We have single, double, and senior condos, all hand-made by Heartstrings staff themselves. We provide bedding and bowls, but feel free to bring your own if desired. Litter boxes (we provide litter) are provided in each condo along with a water bowl at all times. Our cats have multiple interactions with our staff each day, and each individual will get a chance to explore the room outside of the condo for about 2 hours (depending on how many guests board during the same period). While roaming, they will have access to various enrichment items, such as scratching posts, cat towers, comfy hiding places, and a menagerie of toys. Felines do not have interaction with our canines, but there is a window in the cattery they can look out of to observe the outdoors. They can also peep into other cats' condos and take part in a bit of nose-to-nose socialization if they feel so inclined to do so!

Our single condos are made to house most cats that stay with us. They may seem narrow, but there is plenty of space for guests to climb the various levels to eat, drink, play, and use the litter box. We have a few older clients and even a three-legged cat that sail through the platforms with ease!

Double condos are made with a family of cats in mind so they can board together. Any cats that board in the same condo together will also receive a 20% discount! Up to three felines can fit with room to spare, and multiple food and water bowls will be provided as necessary. Occasionally, extremely large felines may need this large condo so they can get around easier and have more room to stretch out. If you have a very large kitty or multiple cats to board at once, please let us know so we can schedule appointments accordingly!

The senior condos are horizontal and make it easy for elder cats to walk around. Most of the time this is where large and older cats tend to board, however, if other condos are booked, any cat is welcome to bunk here.
