One of the many amenities that sets Heartstrings Pet Lodging & Spa apart from other boarding facilities is our indoor, heated pool.  If you have a dog or cat that loves the water, call us to book a swim appointment.  Believe it or not, one of our staff member's cat, Leo, enjoys swimming in the pool for extra exercise!  Swimming is a great alternative for the pet owner who is not able to exercise their pet enough, especially during the cold, snowy winter months.  In addition, swimming is also a wonderful and fun way to enhance weight loss in your overweight pet(s). 

* Pricing: We currently offer a 30 mintue swim session for $15.  We have life jackets provided if needed, especially for our first time swimmers.  A staff member will be with your pet at all times, and the owner(s) also has the option of staying to watch thier pet(s).  Plenty of pool toys are available for entertainment.  If your pet(s) is not interested in playing with the toys, the staff member will swim in the pool with him/her for added enjoyment. 

We are also proud to have Dr. Sally Suttenfield, who owns Four Paws Veterinary Rehabilitation Service, utilize our aquatic facility for canine rehabilitation.  In addition to being a Veterinarian, she is also a certified canine rehabilitation practioner.  Dr. Suttenfield treats an array of clients each with their own particular needs and issues.  Her water therapy is reccommended for canines that need help with the following issues: arthritis, neurological rehabilitation, post-orthopedic surgery treatment, paralysis, and many more!  For more information visit her website: www.fourpawsvetrehab.com.
