Thank you for your interest in Heartstrings Grooming!  Grooming is very important for your pets health and well being. We have an excellent staff of groomers whom are all professionally trained and are contstantly continuing their education. From bath and brushes to pet trims to show cuts, our groomers can handle it all! Erin McCormick, our Salon Manager, has Standard Poodles and enjoys creative cuts and coloring. Megan De Ornelas has a Chinese Crested and a Rough Coated Parson Russell Terrier and enjoys coloring and de shedding. AJ Ashkan loves Irish Wolfhounds and enjoys doing mohawks and scissoring up Poodles. At Heartstrings, our goal is the health and safety of your pet while making them beautiful. Although the majority of our clients are dogs, we also groom cats. We can also trim nails on Guinea Pigs, Rabbits and Ferrets. Once a month we will have a special grooming package. Referral Rewards: In the grooming world, the best form of advertising is word of mouth. To thank my clients for sending new business my way, I will reward $5 off a groom to the person who refers a new client to me. The only stipulation is that the referred person must schedule and complete their appointment before the $5 will be honored. There is no limit to the amount of referral rewards you can receive, but you can only use one $5 discount per appointment. Ask about referral rewards at your next appointment!

Free Visor or Eye Trim:  If your pets visor becomes overgrown or hair gets info your dog's eyes between grooms, I will happily trim it at no cost. I prefer to be the one who trims on your dog, so this is advantageous to me, as well.  This service is only free for clients who have already completed an appointment at my shop. The visor or eye trim requires no appointment, but please call ahead.

Puppy Program: Do you have a new puppy? Dont Wait To Take Them To The Groomers! Puppies started off with an early good experience at the groomers will have a lifetime of happy visits getting pampered. As soon as you get your new puppy, bring them in for a free visit to meet the groomer and get used to being on the table. Unless this puppy is  in extreme condition, the first several visits should consist of a bath, brush out and face, feet and sanitary trim. This is a great and easy introduction to the grooming process. All visits, except the first, in the Puppy Program are $15 each. We encourage you to bring your puppy in as much as possible as that will get them even more used to being groomed. We also encourage you to sign up for our Day Camp program on days when your puppy is being groomed. This will allow your puppy to play and get their energy out before being groomed. Remember "A tired puppy is a happy puppy". As a bonus, if your puppy is here for both Day Camp and grooming, we will only charge you for a half-day of Day Camp!

Coloring

Price based on size of dog and amount of color the dog is getting. If you would like your dog colored, you MUST let us know when making the appointment so we can make sure we have the color and amount of dye needed to do your dog.

An Explanation of our Spa Services

Hot Oil Treatment : Hot oil treatments are best for dogs with extremely dry skin. Our hot oil contains all natural hemp oil, aloe vera oil, castor oil, wheat germ oil, canola oil, almond oil, and peanut oil. These oils are in their natural form with no animal byproducts.

 

Facial Scrub : Our deep cleansing facial scrub is formulated with a special blend of chamomile, aloe vera, green tea, calendula, eucalyptus, and mint to soothe, hydrate and calm. Optical brighteners help to eliminate tear stains. Gentle formula won’t sting eyes

 

Sugar Scrub : Our sugar scrub is enriched with aloe vera and botanicals to gently exfoliate, condition and hydrate the skin.

 

Mud Wrap : Our Dead Sea mud is a hydrating, detoxifying and regenerative, emollient body masque that is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, trace elements and enzymes that stimulate circulation.

 

Coloring : We use Manic Panic hair coloring which is safe

for your pet and approved by PETA.
