Professional Grooming Services at Heartstrings

Thank you for your interest in Heartstrings Grooming! Grooming is very important for your pet's health and well being. We have an excellent groomer who is professionally trained and constantly continuing her education. From bath and brushes to pet trims, our groomer can handle it all!

We estimate 2 hours for each dog, however, depending on your dog's needs and the grooming schedule, they may require up to 4 hours plus. We are usually booked out a month in advance, so please be patient when booking with us for the first time! We also encourage getting on a regular schedule for grooming to secure your pups spot!

Our goal is the health and safety of your pet while making them beautiful. We require proof of the Rabies, Bordetella, and distemper vaccines for all clients. We are completely off leash/cage free, so please let us know when you schedule if we need to make other arrangements for your pet (ie. a room or crate when not being handled).

Kendall is our current groomer and former kennel staff member! Before joining the Heartstrings staff, she worked at Radford Animal Hospital. Once she joined us, she trained under Megan, who had been with us for 10 years, and passed the torch to Ms. Kendall. While new to our groom room, she has 5 years of experience handling animals and is familiar with Heartstrings' regulars! Her #1 priority is the safety and comfort of the animals in her care! She strives to make every dog’s grooming experience a pleasant one!
